I thought that the session was 'coached' in a friendly, none threatening manner which encouraged participation by the audience. The real issues took a while to come out, but at least we got there in the end. The guys would have left the session with a feeling of ownership to the issues raised, and not felt that they were dictated to. The balance was spot on with regards to achieving the objective.Roger Tarling - Amey
