Moved from a good team to a high performing team. Good to know that we can trust each other to deliver in the BAC and that we are aware of our strengths and weaknesses. Exercises were right balance and tested necessary collaboration requirements.
The 3 days have all been assembled in a structured way, enabling the team to learn, develop and flourish as a single seamless entity. This has resulted in us being Match Fit for the Clients Behavioural Assessment Centre. Very bid specific and ensured the team had to prepare, and know the subject matter.
