Moved from a good team to a high performing team. Good to know that we can trust each other to deliver in the BAC and that we are aware of our strengths and weaknesses. Exercises were right balance and tested necessary collaboration requirements.
The 3 days have all been assembled in a structured way, enabling the team to learn, develop and flourish as a single seamless entity. This has resulted in us being Match Fit for the Clients Behavioural Assessment Centre. Very bid specific and ensured the team had to prepare, and know the subject matter. I believe the bid team is performing now in the range of 9 or 10/10 for a £1bn project. Thank you.
I now feel like ‘Usain Bolt’ at the starting line of the Olympic 100m final. I haven’t won the race yet but all the preparation, hard work and training has been well coached, and I’m convinced we are going to win.
Very useful development and preparation. The Bid Teams level of confidence increasing day after day. Made us conscious of own strengths and weaknesses and how to compensate as a team in a constructive way. Good feedback and coaching.
