What The End Looks Like (Which will Be the Beginning)

Talking to customers right now, just talking to anyone in fact reveals a scary vagueness about endless future state possibilities.

Unless, you keep it real simple and recognise one truth…

‘This too will pass’.

We will know its passed because our Prime Minister (of the time) will give the all clear. It will be on the front page of the papers just like VE Day 1945. You can probably picture that press briefing right now.

Chunking it down for simplicity, we need a continuity plan for ‘now’  to have us be in the best possible shape to be ready to go ‘then’. As Covey timelessly states Begin with the end in Mind’.

So we work on the continuity plan (a dynamic document, a way of being, a process) and keep the end in mind…

‘When ‘that’ press conference is over and the front page lights up – what will we look like and who will we be?’  (This equally applies to businesses and individuals).

Stay safe and look out for each other folks.
